Kaikou is an iPhone keyboard with voice input and translation. We process only the data the features need. No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
Only after you accept this policy in the app and actively use a feature below is the related data sent through our servers to the provider listed.

Our servers relay audio and text in memory for the current request. We do not store your audio, and we do not keep the text you speak or translate on our servers beyond what is needed to process that request. We do not use your data to train models, sell it, or use it for advertising. Providers process the data under their own privacy policies (Alibaba Cloud, DeepSeek).
International transfer: data is processed in Singapore, mainland China and Hong Kong. By using online features you agree to this transfer.

Speech history and stats (can be turned off or cleared), your words, names and phrases, and contact names you choose to import (names only; no phone numbers or other fields). Names are sent as recognition/translation hints as described above and can be deleted anytime. The keyboard does not log keystrokes and does not upload what you type, except text you choose to translate. The clipboard is read only when you tap paste or use a related feature.
Kaikou is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access to servers is restricted to the developer. Logs never contain your audio, text, full device ID, or full email address.
If we make material changes, we will ask for your consent again in the app and update the date above.
